Turn off automatic Extrusion Flow Calibration
When sending a print, leave Extrusion Flow Calibration disabled. The U1 runs that calibration at about 220°C because it doesn't recognize PCTG's print temperature, which is far too cold. The resulting values make Pro PCTG prints look rough.
Instead, calibrate pressure advance manually at your actual printing temperature using Snapmaker's wiki instructions, and save the value to your Pro PCTG profile. Repeat for each color you use.
Profiles
We have U1 profiles for normal printing, PLA+ breakaway supports, and FullSpectrum color mixing. Import them into Snapmaker Orca with File > Import > Import Configs. Download.
