So you've just bought a spool of Pro PCTG from 3D-Fuel (that's us!) and you're ready to use the 3D-Fuel Pro PCTG filament profiles that are built right into PrusaSlicer, but you can't figure out which filament type to choose on the screen of your Prusa 3D printers.
Here's how to add a non-stock filament like Pro PCTG to your Prusa 3D printer. It's pretty quick and painless once you know how.
You can set parameters like the hotend and bed temps, whether it requires a hardened nozzle, whether it needs filtration, etc.
This makes loading the filament and setting the filament type easy! This can be very useful if you're using PrusaSlicer, as it can check the loaded filament type of any connected Prusa 3D printer.
