Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Tax-Exempt Orders

Schools, businesses, and government buyers order from us every day. Here's how to set things up.

Tax-exempt accounts

1. Create an account on 3dfuel.com (or use the email you already order with).
2. Email sales@3dfuel.com your tax-exemption or resale certificate and the email address on the account.
3. We'll mark the account tax-exempt. From then on, tax is removed automatically at checkout whenever you're logged in.

If you were charged sales tax on a recent order before your exemption was on file, let us know the order number.

Quotes and invoices

Need a formal quote or an invoice before you can pay? Email sales@3dfuel.com with the items, quantities, and shipping address, and we'll send one. If you already received an order and need an invoice for your records, send us the order or PO number.

Purchase orders

Email your PO to sales@3dfuel.com. We review each PO's terms before accepting it. If we can't accept a PO's terms, we'll ask you to place the order on 3dfuel.com and pay by card at checkout instead.

Vendor paperwork

We can provide a W-9, and we complete vendor forms such as the federal Section 889 form. Our government registration details:
