You can buy 3D-Fuel filament on Amazon or directly from us at 3dfuel.com. It's the same filament, made in our Fargo factory, but a few things differ.

Returns and refunds
Amazon orders are returned through Amazon under Amazon's return policy. We can't process refunds for Amazon orders on our end.
Defective or damaged spools from Amazon
Contact us anyway at sales@3dfuel.com. Include your Amazon order number, the lot number from the spool label, and photos. We'll help troubleshoot and make it right. Depending on the situation, that may mean a replacement or store credit on 3dfuel.com.
Older inventory
We send stock to Amazon's warehouses in batches, so an Amazon spool can be older than one shipped from Fargo. Design changes, like our current notchless spool, can take a while to reach Amazon inventory. If you get a notched spool, see spool sizes and weights for a printable notch cover.
